About the role
Analog Devices is seeking an RF Design Engineer to develop and verify analog and RF/mm‑wave circuits for SiGe/CMOS mixed‑signal System‑on‑Chip products. The role involves end‑to‑end design work from transistor‑level schematics to layout and on‑chip electromagnetic modeling.
Key responsibilities
- Design analog and mm‑wave circuits at the transistor level, including amplifiers, LNAs, power amplifiers, mixers, switches, attenuators, VGAs, vector modulators, and VCOs.
- Capture designs, create layouts, and perform 3‑D electromagnetic modeling of on‑chip passives.
- Run circuit simulations, verify performance, and document results.
- Participate in test and evaluation of fabricated silicon.
Required profile
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Cadence design tools.
- Experience using Mentor graphics tools.
- Knowledge of ADS for design, verification, and layout.
- Familiarity with 3‑D EM tools such as EMX or SONNET.
