Robotics Technician – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Alignerr is looking for Robotics Technicians to help train the next generation of intelligent robots by recording short videos of everyday tasks performed in your home or workspace. This fully remote, flexible contract role requires only a smartphone or camera, a reliable internet connection, and a willingness to showcase how you go about daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record video of yourself performing common household or workplace tasks following detailed guidelines.
• Capture natural interactions with objects, surfaces, and spaces to create high‑quality training data.
• Upload completed recordings and fill out metadata forms accurately.
• Maintain consistent recording quality across multiple sessions.
• Work independently on an asynchronous schedule, committing 10–40 hours per week.

Required profile

• Access to a smartphone or any camera capable of recording video.
• Comfortable following detailed instructions and applying them consistently.
• Willingness to record in your home, apartment, or personal workspace.
• Reliable internet connection for uploading video files.
• Self‑motivated and dependable when working independently.
• No prior robotics, AI, or technical background required.
