RPA Development Specialist

About the role

The RPA Development Specialist will design, implement, and maintain robotic process automation solutions across the organization. The role requires end‑to‑end involvement from process identification through to monitoring automated workflows, ensuring they run efficiently and without errors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and design business processes suitable for automation.
• Analyze and document client solution architecture to support intelligent automation.
• Develop, test, and monitor automated workflows using RPA tools.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for complex client issues.
• Produce and maintain process documentation, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Apply quality‑assurance practices to prevent bugs and ensure reliable automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA development or related automation roles.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure, monitoring, and networking.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
