Sales Account Manager – Hospitality Sector

About the role

Audio Technology is seeking a highly skilled professional with a solid background in integrated CCTV systems, light current services, audiovisual and professional audio solutions, and lighting systems to drive sales within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Search for new clients in designated sectors to expand the business.
• Maintain existing relationships with dealers and customers to enhance retention.
• Conduct technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet client needs.
• Prepare offers, negotiate contract terms, and resolve client or project issues to close deals.
• Provide after‑sales support through the Design and Pre‑Sales team.
• Prepare sales and market activity reports to document achievements.
• Record and maintain client contact data to build a comprehensive database.
• Coordinate account tasks with all stakeholders to manage the sale.
• Manage financial collection with clients to ensure credit terms are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in A/V, security, professional audio, and lighting systems.
• Strong portfolio of projects delivered within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent marketing, sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities technically.
• Energetic, organized, goal‑oriented, and customer‑focused personality.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
