Sales Agent – Insurance Solutions

About the role

MetLife Egypt is looking for a full‑time Sales Agent to join its team in Markaz Sohag. You will promote a range of life, accident, health, retirement and wealth‑management products to individual and corporate clients, helping them choose solutions that match their needs and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Conduct needs assessments, present tailored insurance and financial solutions, and prepare proposals.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients, follow up on leads, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide after‑sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely policy administration.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and policies in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product features and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities with active listening skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience and a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated sales competence, including prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in insurance and financial protection products.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and respect for confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in Arabic; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
