Sales Agent – SaaS (Kuwait)

About the role

AhlanHamad is the AI workforce platform built for the Gulf – HR, payroll and compliance, designed in Arabic for regional businesses. We are expanding rapidly and need a Sales Executive in Kuwait who can build their own pipeline, deliver compelling demos and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first outreach to a paying customer.
• Build your own pipeline through outbound activities (LinkedIn, email, referrals) and respond quickly to inbound leads.
• Qualify prospects, run tailored demos and guide them through a 30‑day free trial to their first successful payroll.
• Achieve monthly recurring‑revenue targets with uncapped, accelerated commission for over‑performance.
• Maintain a clean, honest pipeline and sell with integrity, never overpromising.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience selling SaaS or software subscriptions.
• Available to start immediately.
• Based in Kuwait with the right to work there.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Self‑driven hunter comfortable owning a sales quota.
• Experience selling HR, payroll, fintech or B2B software to Gulf businesses.
