Sales Call Coach

About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a full‑time remote Sales Call Coach to elevate the performance of its sales teams. You will analyse recorded sales calls, deliver structured feedback, and design coaching programs that boost communication, objection handling and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate sales calls against WAJJAD’s quality criteria.
• Provide actionable, data‑driven feedback to individual sales representatives.
• Design and deliver sales training sessions and workshops.
• Develop coaching frameworks and playbooks for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and propose targeted training initiatives.
• Monitor progress against performance metrics and adjust coaching plans as needed.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales coaching, performance improvement and skill development.
• Excellent communication skills for clear feedback delivery and collaborative work.
• Experience designing and delivering structured sales training programs.
• Prior experience in B2B or technology sales or customer‑success environments is a plus.
• Ability to analyse call data, spot patterns and translate insights into actionable coaching plans.
• Self‑motivated remote worker with solid time‑management and digital collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, training or a related field.
