Sales Call Quality Analyst – Remote

About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a full‑time remote Sales Call Quality Analyst to engage potential and existing clients through outbound and inbound calls. You will present WAJJAD’s digital platforms, qualify leads, and schedule follow‑up meetings or demos for the sales team while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to understand client needs and present WAJJAD’s solutions.
• Qualify leads according to structured sales processes and schedule demos or follow‑up meetings.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM and call‑tracking tools.
• Collaborate with sales management to align messaging and support training initiatives.
• Provide feedback from client conversations to help refine sales approaches.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build trust with diverse clients.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or digital platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
• Relevant education or certifications in business, sales, or related fields are an advantage.
