About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as Sales Consultants, supporting students throughout their learning journey. You will act as a Student Success Advisor, delivering personalized guidance while driving course renewals and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultation and support to students in line with standard operating procedures.
- Build strong relationships by creating personalized learning plans.
- Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor student progress, analyse data, and suggest improvement strategies.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Drive referrals and achieve defined sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for education and customer service.
- English proficiency at B1 level.
- Target‑driven, motivated, and approachable personality.
