About the role

MetLife is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Cairo team. You will help customers navigate insurance and financial products, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. The role combines client consultation, product presentation, and end‑to‑end sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to identify insurance and financial needs.
• Present suitable MetLife products, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build long‑term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting abilities, including needs analysis, solution presentation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills to explain complex products clearly.
• Basic knowledge of insurance or financial services with a willingness to learn MetLife’s portfolio quickly.
• Interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Arabic and English; familiarity with the Cairo market is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or advisory roles within financial services is advantageous.
