Sales Consultant – Insurance Solutions

About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Consultant position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Consultant will identify prospective clients, present Chubb’s insurance solutions and guide customers through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients for insurance products.
• Conduct needs assessments and prepare tailored proposals.
• Present Chubb’s insurance solutions and guide customers through the sales cycle.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and support claims inquiries.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve retention.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting and consulting abilities to understand client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation and active‑listening capabilities.
• Proven experience in insurance, financial services or a related field with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work on‑site in Alexandria, manage time effectively and handle multiple client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusive behavior and adherence to company policies and regulations.
