Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to promote and sell Talaat Moustafa Group’s real‑estate projects. The role involves building relationships with clients, generating leads and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and close property sales using comprehensive negotiation strategies.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to build trust.
• Proactively generate leads through referrals and networking.
• Meet and exceed agreed‑upon sales targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximise results.
• Provide market insights and reports on customer needs, competition and opportunities.
• Stay informed about current market trends, best practices and promotional strategies.
• Process customer orders by referencing price lists and product literature.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans and monthly performance reports.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and recommending solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
