Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller) – English C1

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast‑growing team in Qesm El Maadi. The SDR will work in a hybrid setting, spending part of the week in the office and the rest remotely, focusing on outbound cold‑calling to generate qualified leads for our sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision‑makers.
• Present FlairsTech’s value proposition in clear English (C1 level).
• Document all interactions and manage leads in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to schedule meetings or demos.
• Follow up on campaigns and inbound inquiries to maximise pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Strong sales and lead‑generation abilities with a proven capacity to handle high call volumes.
• Excellent English communication skills at C1 level, both spoken and written.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Previous experience in SDR, telemarketing or cold‑calling is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field is an advantage.
