Sales Development Representative – English/Arabic

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who is fluent in English and Arabic to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new leads.
• Research and identify prospects using LinkedIn, CRM platforms and prospecting databases.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, authority and timeline.
• Schedule discovery calls or product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead‑generation strategies.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars and trade shows to nurture leads.
• Consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings or sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or prospecting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and resilient to rejection.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable with sales tools.
• Motivated by targets and eager to grow in a sales career.
• Interest or background in SaaS, B2B tech, or professional services.
