Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing outpatient mental health provider as a Sales Development Representative. You will drive outbound outreach to independent primary‑care and specialty practices across multiple states, booking meetings for the provider relationship team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cold‑calling (80‑100 dials/day) and email campaigns targeting practice managers, office managers, and physician owners.
• Prospect into independent medical practices with five or fewer providers and capture contact details.
• Book qualified meetings for the field‑based provider relationship team and support expansion into new virtual‑only territories.
• Maintain accurate pipeline stages and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback.
• Progress to independently delivering virtual practice presentations and activating practices.

Required profile

• 1+ year of SDR, inside sales, or business development experience in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience prospecting to owner‑ and manager‑level decision‑makers.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable with high‑volume cold calling and managing 80‑100 dials per day.
• Ability to work EST hours and manage daily outbound activity independently.
• Genuine interest in mental health care and a coachable mindset.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM platform) for pipeline tracking and activity logging.
• Experience with other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with dialer platforms.
• Knowledge of provider data sources such as Definitive Healthcare.
