Sales Development Representative – Logistics (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing U.S. logistics consultancy. This remote, high‑volume outbound position focuses on generating qualified business opportunities for shipping and freight services across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 300 outbound calls daily to U.S. businesses.
• Engage decision‑makers in professional conversations to uncover logistics needs.
• Identify and record at least 10 qualified leads per day.
• Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM and use PhoneBurner for dialing.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and activity targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies.
• Follow structured scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for U.S. callers.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound sales calls.
• Available to work U.S. business hours (Monday‑Friday).
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.
• Basic proficiency with CRM, email, and sales software.
• Coachable, dependable, and punctual.
