Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Property Finder, the leading property portal in the MENA region, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its sales team. You will work closely with Business Consultants to generate and qualify leads, set up meetings, and help expand the company’s customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold‑calling and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Build relationships to uncover needs, qualify prospects, and move them through the sales funnel.
• Present product information tailored to identified customer requirements.
• Schedule in‑person meetings, calls, or video conferences for qualified leads.
• Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet purchased.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales executives to meet team targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales or a comparable sales role.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Good time‑management, analytical thinking and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to follow scripts while adding a personal touch.
