Sales Executive – Remote Cold‑Calling

About the role

Elite HR Consultancy, a fast‑growing Dubai‑based recruitment firm, is expanding its remote sales team. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities in the Dubai market through high‑volume cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200‑250 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients in Dubai.
• Introduce our recruitment services and secure qualified leads or meetings.
• Build interest and maintain professional conversations with decision‑makers.
• Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
• Update the CRM and track call outcomes on a daily basis.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum B2‑C1 level) with clear communication skills.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, or call‑center environments.
• Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
