Sales Logistics Customer Advisor (Outsourced)

About the role

The Sales Logistics Customer Advisor (Outsourced) acts as the primary liaison between Bosch and its customers, ensuring smooth order‑to‑cash processes and high‑quality service. You will manage orders, coordinate logistics, handle claims and support export activities while working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, monitor fulfillment, and manage back‑orders.
• Provide timely updates and support for customer inquiries on orders, deliveries, claims, and product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, and logistics partners to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Handle customer claims, returns, and reverse‑logistics procedures.
• Prepare export documentation and oversee international shipment logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and generate supply‑chain reports.
• Support automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives in order management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve issues and improve service performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain, logistics or customer service within a multinational environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, across time zones and travel when needed.
