Sales Logistics Customer Advisor (Outsourced)

About the role

The Customer Supply Chain Consultant is the primary point of contact between Bosch and its customers, ensuring efficient order‑to‑cash operations and high‑level service. You will manage orders, coordinate logistics, handle claims and support export activities while collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, monitor fulfillment and manage backorders.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, claims and product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers and logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Manage claims, returns and reverse logistics processes.
• Support export documentation and transportation for international shipments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare supply chain reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, logistics or customer service in a multinational environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, collaborate across teams and travel as needed.

Required skills

• SAP (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
