Sales Manager - Automotive (SaaS B2B)

About the role

Dubizzle MENA is looking for a Sales Manager for its Automotive sales unit in Cairo. You will lead the automotive sales teams, run the sales force and drive the achievement of annual sales targets by monitoring team performance and sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and build the automotive sales teams, hiring, coaching and retaining top sales talent.
• Perform budget oversight and accurate forecasting, reporting sales forecasts and pipeline monthly and managing the P&L for sales operations.
• Develop and implement short-, medium- and long-term strategic plans to create new revenue opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with key clients, generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyse data trends and client performance, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support the sales team.
• Provide mentorship and career development, and set and review team KPIs and evaluation schedules.
• Assign territories, set targets and objectives, and work with executive leadership on sales strategy.
• Represent the company to key clients and use data to project sales, assess profitability and identify new markets.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar field.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Able to lead and motivate a telesales team to achieve specific goals.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of the sales administration process.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Leadership, negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
