Sales Manager – EcoStruxure IT Solutions

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an EcoStruxure IT Sales Manager to drive growth of software and digital solutions across the North Africa & Levant cluster. The role focuses on major enterprise accounts, complex solution sales, and partnership with senior decision‑makers in sectors such as data centers, banking, government, and large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in nominated accounts.
• Collaborate with EcoStruxure IT line‑of‑business and cluster leadership to define and execute a winning sales strategy.
• Lead sales, presales, tendering and delivery teams across the cluster to address customer needs.
• Create and manage strategic account plans, identifying business drivers and pursuing relevant opportunities.
• Act as Engagement Leader for major projects, coordinating virtual teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Consult customers, shape opportunities, and map key stakeholders.
• Follow the Customer Project Process, best‑in‑sales practices, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven commercial excellence with experience in software and solution sales (direct and indirect).
• Strong track record of managing and growing strategic accounts.
• Good understanding of the data‑center and IT ecosystem.
• Leadership ability to influence virtual, cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in complex, multicultural matrix organisations.
• Self‑starter with strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation capabilities.
