Sales Manager – Fulfillment & Courier Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our fulfillment and courier services business in Egypt. The role focuses on building a B2B client base across e‑commerce, SME and corporate segments, delivering integrated logistics solutions that include parcel delivery, warehousing and last‑mile services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting e‑commerce companies, SMEs and large corporates requiring courier and warehousing solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Design customized logistics proposals covering warehousing, inventory management and last‑mile delivery.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers to position our services ahead of competitors.
• Monitor market trends in the Egyptian courier and parcel sector and propose innovative offerings.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team on logistics‑specific sales techniques.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics sales, specifically in courier (parcel delivery) or warehousing solutions.
• Strong network and proven track record in the Egyptian logistics and shipping market.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Very good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
