About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our home appliances division in Cairo. The role involves shaping sales strategy, coaching the sales team, and driving growth to surpass revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for home appliances.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Maintain deep knowledge of product lines and industry innovations.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the home appliances industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Ability to analyze sales data.
