Sales Manager – Industrial Packaging

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the promotion and distribution of industrial packaging solutions across Egypt and beyond. The role combines field sales, customer relationship management, and product development within a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote industrial packaging products to existing and new customers in various sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and furniture.
• Develop and expand an end‑user sales network, identifying new business opportunities.
• Explore product mix options and provide timely market feedback to senior management.
• Organise and conduct site visits to understand client requirements and coordinate product customization within the factory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product suitability and delivery.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial packaging sales or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse customer bases.
• Proficiency in using email, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and WhatsApp for daily operations.
