Sales Manager – Industrial Plastic Packaging (Jerry Cans)

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Jerry Can business line, driving growth across industrial sectors in Egypt. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, entering new markets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Manage and grow the customer portfolio across key industrial sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and penetrate new markets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and distributors.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–10 years of industrial sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Background in industrial plastic packaging, chemicals, lubricants, paints, or food packaging is highly preferred.
• Established network with key customers and decision‑makers in industries using plastic jerry cans.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage strategic accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
