Sales Manager - Property Sales

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, a leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, is looking for a Sales Manager for property sales in Cairo. The role helps meet B2B acquisition, renewal and revenue growth targets by maximising the field sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and presenting them to upper management.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train and onboard field sales team members and manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring.
• Manage the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and manage the CRM with current clients, growing the client portfolio.
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to management.
• Assist in setting financial targets, budget development and monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve the real estate business, propose a competitive commission structure and support telesales strategy.
• Use customer feedback to suggest new features or products and research ways to increase engagement.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• At least 7 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record driving sales from plan to close, as a sales representative or manager, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Car and driving licence, as the role involves many out-of-office meetings.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market and the subscription industry.
• Familiarity with the dubizzle website, PropTech, marketplaces, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written English, leadership, negotiation, prospecting and lead conversion skills.
