Sales Manager – Water Meters & IoT Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the promotion and sales of mechanical and smart IoT water meters, as well as supporting water utility equipment across Egypt. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, and building long‑term relationships with key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate annual and quarterly sales plans, meet performance, payment collection and market development targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with water supply authorities, municipal engineering firms, property operators, general contractors and local distributors.
• Manage the full sales cycle of water utility projects, from lead generation to contract signing, order follow‑up and payment collection.
• Control project progress, cost and profit to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.
• Research market conditions, competitor dynamics and industry policies, and provide regular sales reports and market analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in water meters, smart water utilities, instruments or municipal water supply industry; experience in Egyptian or Middle East water projects preferred.
• Existing high‑quality local resources in Egyptian water authorities, municipal engineering, distributors or contractors is a strong advantage.
