Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

EGY Technopanel is seeking a full‑time Sales Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies in Giza. The role focuses on expanding market share, driving revenue growth and strengthening the brand within the industrial and construction sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales pipelines and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns, analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Optimize pricing, promotional activities and overall go‑to‑market approach.
• Lead and support the sales and marketing team, aligning activities with business objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management and business development within industrial, construction or related sectors.
• Strong marketing expertise including market analysis, campaign planning, brand positioning and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set targets, monitor performance and coach members.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; experience working in Giza or surrounding industrial areas is advantageous.
