Sales Operations Executive

About the role

The Sales Operations Executive will support Dubizzle's revenue teams by improving sales efficiency through planning, analysis, and coordination. You will act as a bridge between sales, finance, and operations, ensuring smooth processes and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Track sales funnels and operational drivers, delivering regular business insights.
• Manage sales leads for direct channels, ensuring lead quality, proper assignment, and exploring new lead sources.
• Maintain and expand payment channel sustainability, including new channel exploration.
• Oversee courier operations: daily shipments, invoicing, and pipeline tracking.
• Handle self‑serve management, daily figures reporting, monthly and finance closing.
• Top‑up B2C and self‑serve accounts daily and manage account lifecycles.
• Produce monthly revenue and sales reports, monitor client performance, and own account management.
• Support the sales team with operational excellence and data‑driven productivity improvements.
• Ensure CRM data is up‑to‑date, create dashboards, and liaise with CRM experts for enhancements.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and resolve operational obstacles.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or coordination.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative thinking and ability to prioritize in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office.
