About the role
Frontier Academy is looking for a motivated Sales & Operations Lead to drive learner acquisition and ensure smooth program delivery. The role combines outbound sales activities with coordination of training sessions, supporting professionals in advancing their careers.
Key responsibilities
- Source and call potential learners from the leads list.
- Explain program details, answer questions, and guide interested learners through registration and payment.
- Meet conversion targets set by the company.
- Coordinate program schedules between learners and instructors.
- Ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or coordination (training/education sales is a plus).
- Background in business or finance.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time efficiently.
- Self‑driven and motivated to achieve results.
