Sales Operations Manager (Travel)

About the role

The Sales Operations Manager will lead end‑to‑end sales processes for Sawah Travels, ensuring pipelines are tracked, forecasts are accurate, and performance metrics support growth targets. Based on‑site in Egypt, you will work closely with sales, customer service, finance and operations teams to streamline workflows and maintain high data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales activities, manage pipeline tracking and produce regular forecasting reports.
• Generate and analyse performance dashboards to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on pricing, margin calculations and revenue optimisation.
• Implement process improvements, refine sales workflows and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
• Train sales staff on tools, procedures and best practices to align with company standards.
• Support strategic campaigns and special initiatives across the travel product portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales operations, sales administration or revenue management within travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Familiarity with tour operations, travel products and supplier coordination is a plus.
