Sales Promoter

About the role

Shosh® is seeking a full‑time hybrid Sales Promoter to join its retail team at City Stars in Nasr City. The role combines on‑site customer interaction with occasional work‑from‑home tasks, focusing on delivering expert advice and a seamless shopping experience for our hair‑care and styling product range.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide detailed product recommendations.
• Assist shoppers in selecting the right hair‑care and styling tools.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure an inviting environment.
• Manage inventory, place product orders, and monitor stock levels.
• Handle sales transactions, cash, and petty‑cash procedures.
• Report operational issues and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, sales trends, and inventory status.
• Assign routine and non‑routine tasks to sales associates, cashiers, and coordinators.
• Supervise opening and closing processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Communicate sales targets, monitor team performance, and advise management on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Full‑time hybrid availability, based in Qesm El Maadi (City Stars – Nasr City).
• Willingness to work six days a week with one rotational day off.
• Flexibility to cover morning (10:00‑18:00) or night (14:00‑22:00) shifts.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
