Sales Representative

About the role

Ridgewood for Water Desalination is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to be based on-site in Sharm El Sheikh. The role focuses on generating new business for the company’s water desalination and power generation solutions, including turnkey projects and BOO facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals meet technical and commercial specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify leads for desalination and power generation projects.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and present technical solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers and monitor market trends.
• Report sales activities, forecasts and pipeline status to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development abilities, preferably in industrial, utilities or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic understanding of water desalination and power generation technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively and achieve sales targets.
