Sales Representative – Tires & Batteries

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Representative to join our tire and battery shop in Abbassia, Cairo. The role involves direct interaction with customers, recommending suitable automotive products, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their tire and battery requirements, and recommend appropriate products.
• Explain product specifications, prices, warranties, and benefits.
• Sell tires, batteries, and related automotive products while meeting daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and sales invoices, and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Follow up with customers, handle inquiries and complaints professionally, and maintain good relationships.
• Monitor stock availability, coordinate with the shop team, and help keep the showroom organized.
• Stay updated on tire and battery products, sizes, specifications, and brands.

Required profile

• Previous sales or retail experience, preferably in tires, batteries, automotive, or spare parts.
• Good knowledge of different tire sizes and battery types.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Friendly, professional appearance and self‑motivated attitude.
• Fluent Arabic and basic to good English.
• Good computer skills and ability to work as part of a team.
