About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive corporate sales within the hospitality sector. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building lasting relationships with corporate clients, and closing deals for hotel and travel services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
- Track sales activities, monitor monthly performance metrics, and report results.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including marketing, operations, and customer service—to guarantee client satisfaction and business growth.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel chains or 5 years in travel agencies/tourism companies.
- Proven track record in corporate sales, lead generation, and business development.
- Strong existing network within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
