Sales Specialist – Laboratory Devices

About the role
Alfa Healthcare is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to promote and sell laboratory devices in Cairo. The role focuses on building strong client relationships within the healthcare sector and achieving defined sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in hospitals, clinics and research labs.
- Present product features, demonstrate equipment and address technical queries.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure post‑sale support.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy or Biochemistry.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or laboratory environments.
- Own a car for client visits.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
