Sales Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

The Address Investments is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its on‑site team in Cairo. In this full‑time position you will act as a trusted advisor, presenting a range of real‑estate projects to prospective buyers and helping them find the best fit for their needs and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and financial constraints.
• Present and explain various real‑estate developments, highlighting features, pricing, and investment potential.
• Provide tailored property recommendations and guide clients through the selection process.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales documentation and follow‑up communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales or real‑estate consulting is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
