Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote position you will build relationships, identify prospects, and close deals while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and follow‑up calls.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts where applicable.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive or similar role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
