Sales Supervisor (Real Estate)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor (Real Estate) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role leads a sales team through daily activities such as prospecting, client meetings, property tours and follow‑up communications to meet sales targets. It also monitors market trends, ensures accurate property information and supports the team in developing effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and train team members, reviewing performance metrics regularly.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with developers and internal stakeholders to align offerings with client needs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated client issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Monitor market trends and project updates to keep the team informed.
• Support team members in creating effective sales strategies and property presentations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales performance.
• Proven team‑management and training experience in real‑estate sales.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in real‑estate sales or brokerage, preferably in the Egyptian market.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo with flexibility for client meetings and project visits.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
