Salesforce Developer – Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Salesforce Developer – Associate to join its Business Application Consulting team in Cairo. You will work on Salesforce service applications, helping clients improve their customer service processes and achieve strategic goals. The role combines hands‑on development with client‑facing analysis and support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior developers in designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide training, documentation, and post‑implementation support to clients.
• Follow risk‑management and compliance procedures while handling data responsibly.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous delivery excellence.
