Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's business application consulting team advises clients on optimising operational efficiency through software solutions. The Salesforce service team focuses on Salesforce applications for customer service and support, and this role is a Senior Associate position as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. You will build and implement marketing automation solutions, design and deploy email campaigns, customer journeys and integrations, and help clients improve their customer service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage email campaigns, SMS messages and push notifications using Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Journey Builder
• Design and implement automated customer journeys with Journey Builder
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, data warehouses, CDPs and other marketing technologies via APIs and connectors
• Use AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript and SSJS for custom solutions, personalisation and complex logic
• Configure data extensions, manage data segmentation and ensure data quality
• Analyse campaign performance and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud, data synchronisation and campaign results

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign development and automation
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Preferred: 2 Salesforce certifications (MC Email Specialist, MC Administrator, MC Developer); Data Cloud Consultant or Agentforce Specialist certification is a plus

• HTML, CSS and JavaScript for email templates
• API integrations and data management
