SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – Remote (KSA Payroll)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to lead and support SAP S/4HANA payroll implementations focused on Saudi Arabia (KSA) localization. The role is remote, based in Egypt, and involves ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations, GOSI, and EOSB requirements while delivering end‑to‑end payroll solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Payroll implementation and support projects for KSA.
• Configure and maintain Saudi payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and related processes.
• Manage payroll runs, retroactive accounting, off‑cycle payroll, and year‑end activities.
• Configure GOSI, End‑of‑Service Benefits, leave encashment, ticket entitlement, loans, deductions, overtime and absence valuation.
• Integrate payroll with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, SAP Finance and, where applicable, SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Conduct payroll testing, parallel runs and provide production support.
• Analyse and resolve payroll incidents, schema issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare functional specifications for payroll enhancements and support data migration and statutory reporting.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders and HR teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience, including 2+ years with SAP S/4HANA Payroll.
• Strong expertise in KSA payroll localization (PY‑SA) and Saudi labor law.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and payroll control records.
• Experience in full‑lifecycle payroll implementations and ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Background working in multinational or shared‑service environments is a plus.
