SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Rewards Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Rewards Consultant to join our advisory team in Cairo. The Senior Associate will design and implement compensation and variable‑pay solutions that support our clients’ business objectives and employee engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support end‑to‑end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and route maps.
• Design business rules and workflows for salary planning, bonus programs, and equity awards.
• Collaborate with Employee Central and Performance Management teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into system configurations.
• Manage data uploads, validation, and execution of compensation cycles.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.
• Deliver training sessions and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay updated with SAP release features and apply best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2.5–6 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Experience on at least two full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferred: SAP Certified Associate – SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay.
