SAP TM Graduate Program – Enterprise Technology Consulting

About the role

The ETIC SAP TM Graduate Program is a one‑year, structured development pathway designed for high‑potential fresh graduates who want to launch a career in enterprise technology consulting. Participants will receive intensive training on SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and gain hands‑on experience supporting real‑world supply‑chain projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training curriculum covering SAP TM fundamentals and advanced features.
• Support project teams with system implementation, configuration, testing, and documentation activities.
• Assist in analysing business requirements and translating them into effective SAP TM solutions.
• Take part in workshops and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Graduate from a reputable university (e.g., AUC, GUC or equivalent).
• Intermediate German language proficiency (B1‑B2) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation to learn enterprise technologies and consulting practices.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or supply‑chain concepts is a plus.
