SCD Project Coordinator

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking an SCD Project Coordinator to support the execution of cross‑functional supply chain projects across the MEA region. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate activities, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and monitoring of regional supply chain projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks and action items.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering and Commercial.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, dashboards and meeting minutes.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure governance standards are followed.
• Follow up with stakeholders on action items and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when required.
• Assist continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
• Perform data analysis using Excel to support decision‑making.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Engineering or Project Coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Self‑driven, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
