School Nurse – Madinaty Integrated Language School

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate School Nurse to join the Madinaty Integrated Language School team. The role focuses on delivering proactive health care, ensuring the physical and emotional well‑being of students and staff throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and ongoing care to students and staff, including administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and assess students’ health conditions, maintaining accurate health records.
• Develop and implement health care plans for students with chronic or special medical needs.
• Educate the school community on hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention, and general health topics.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and external health professionals regarding student health concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment in line with health regulations.
• Participate in school health programs, screenings, and emergency preparedness initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license or registration with the relevant health authority.
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of child development and health issues affecting children.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Collaborative attitude with staff, students, and parents.
• Compassionate, patient demeanor with a commitment to student welfare.
