School Principal - National School

About the role

Egypt Education Platform is looking for a School Principal for its National School, starting in August 2026. The workplace is on site and the department is the EEP Corporate Office. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader committed to a positive, inclusive learning environment and to academic excellence for all students.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to faculty, staff and students, promoting high expectations and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that improve student achievement and match the school's mission and vision.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, conducive learning environment.
• Work with teachers to promote effective teaching and support their professional growth.
• Engage parents and the community to build a supportive educational network.
• Analyse academic performance data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Manage the school budget and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards, maintain accreditation and lead school improvement initiatives.
• Promote equity and inclusion for all students.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration or a related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in education, with proven success in school administration.
• Proven track record of building a positive school culture and improving educational outcomes.
• Eligibility for a principal certification or equivalent is preferred.
• All appointments are conditional on acceptable police checks from the country of origin and all countries where you have worked, plus references from current and former employers.
