Scientific Office Manager – Cosmetic Product Registration

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Scientific Office Manager to lead our Scientific Office team in the registration and compliance of cosmetic products. The role involves overseeing product registrations with the Ministry of Health, ensuring all documentation meets local regulations, and supporting new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Scientific Office team, assigning tasks and monitoring workflow.
• Oversee cosmetic product registrations through the Ministry of Health platform and other regulatory systems.
• Prepare, review, and submit registration dossiers, labeling, and supporting documentation.
• Follow up on registration status, approvals, renewals, and product updates with relevant authorities.
• Maintain organized records of certificates, approvals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, Operations, and Marketing to gather required information.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure continuous compliance.
• Provide guidance to the Regulatory Affairs team and resolve regulatory issues.
• Prepare regular reports on registration progress and compliance status for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Proven experience in regulatory affairs, specifically cosmetic product registration.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ministry of Health cosmetic registration procedures and local regulations.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
