Scrum Master Graduate Program – German Speaker

About the role

This graduate program is designed for recent graduates who want to launch a career as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery environment. You will receive hands‑on experience, mentorship and training while supporting high‑performing Scrum teams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Guide teams on Agile and Scrum principles to maximise value delivery.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritised backlog.
• Remove impediments and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and communicate team performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches across the organisation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or final‑year student) in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Interest in Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Scaled Agile.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn.
• Team‑player mindset with a passion for collaboration.
• Any prior exposure to Agile (internships, projects or certifications) is a plus.
